Don't Link Mad Money
[edit]Until someone writes an article on the film Mad Money and does a disamiguation page, no link should be made within this Callie Khouri article, because there's a different entry for Mad Money, which is a TV show unrelated to the film. BehroozZ 06:20, 6 January 2006 (UTC)
Lebanese?
[edit]Is she Lebanese? Her last name would suggest that she is a Christian Lebanese or Christian of another Middle Eastern nationality. Funkynusayri 19:21, 4 October 2007 (UTC)
Need to google Funk.[1]Godspeed John Glenn! Will 20:10, 4 October 2007 (UTC)
- Heh, of course, but those almost nationalistic sites with lists of famous Lebanese you see all the place are always identical, and not exactly accurate, for example Frank Zappa is listed as a Lebanese American, and he was a quarter Lebanese at best, if any at all, all we know is that his father was half "Arab", as explained in Zappa's biography. Also, Lisa Halaby is listed as a Lebanese American there, and that seems to be completely made up! Yasmine Bleeth is listed too, and she's a quarter Algerian (colonist), not Lebanese at all... I think they assume Callie Khouri is Lebanese simply due to her last name, but Christian Palestinians and Syrians can have that last name too. Funkynusayri 00:20, 5 October 2007 (UTC)
Granted, But All those sites can't be wrong. See Maronite Church article.Godspeed John Glenn! Will 02:45, 5 October 2007 (UTC)
