Copyrights are the owner's life + 100 years. I don't think so. Also, didn't this song feature in Star Trek: Nemesis? Brandonrc2 (talk) 02:56, 15 December 2009 (UTC)

Richard A. Whiting song "Louise"
[edit]I think it may be worth noting that "Louise", composed by Whiting in the same time frame, is the same song. I postulate that Whiting gave the song to Berlin.
