Template talk:sla-decl-noun
Wiktionary:About Proto-Slavic#Nouns suggests to use {{sla-decl-noun}}
for o-stems, but this template defines *pěnędzь as i-stem. Is it bug or one of 5% cases? —Игорь Телкачь 16:52, 7 February 2015 (UTC)
- Yeah the digraph screwed it up. I'll see to fix it. --Ivan Štambuk (talk) 19:12, 7 February 2015 (UTC)
- Now it works. --Ivan Štambuk (talk) 19:15, 7 February 2015 (UTC)
- Good. Now i also noticed that singular vocative was *pěnęže but now it's *pěnędze. —Игорь Телкачь 19:52, 7 February 2015 (UTC)
- Which one is correct? --Ivan Štambuk (talk) 20:04, 7 February 2015 (UTC)
- I'm not expert in palatalization. Judging by descendants dz is ok — 3rd palatalization, but there is also 1st which changes ge > že (see *kъnędzь). —Игорь Телкачь 23:53, 8 February 2015 (UTC)

dz
editThe template doesn't detect dz as palatal and makes errors in the declension of stьdza. Нікола Стѣпаньскъ (talk) 17:28, 26 December 2019 (UTC)
- Fixed (diff1 + diff2). —Игорь Тълкачь (talk) 19:43, 26 December 2019 (UTC)
Add a function to change order of cases
editIs it necessary for you to add a function for changing orders of cases, just like the different Latin case orders in different countries? Bhuyquang1 (talk) 09:11, 26 August 2022 (UTC)
SgDat/Loc accent paradigm c mistake
editAccording to w:en:Proto-Slavic_language#AP_c_nouns, for a-stems of accent paradigm c, SgDat flexion doesn't bear a stress (and hence we shall see the stress on the stem, of the different kind), whereas SgLoc flexion does. But the template currently produces the reverse.
Accentless SgDat flexion is also confirmed by a variant of the Serbo-Croatian SgDat form, namely rȗci, which someone added to ruka#Serbo-Croatian, as opposed to SgLoc, which has just a single variant, namely rúci (Neo-Shtokavian moved stress). (Though, I cannot verify Serbo-Croatian data in any way here, I can only trust the editor who added it.)
Below follows a comparison between the forms currently shown in w:en:Proto-Slavic_language#AP_c_nouns and currently shown by the template. (For a-stems only, because I haven't yet looked and checked the other stems.)
Apart from SgDat/Loc problem, also note the difference in the kind of stress in PlGen for nõgъ (I wonder which is correct).
