promotional image of some sort, dubious self-work claim FASTILY 07:14, 16 April 2020 (UTC)
- Delete: Per nom, and fails reverse image search (example, most probably the file is a copyright violation. Regards, --Titodutta (talk) 23:45, 17 April 2020 (UTC)
- Keep per ZahraGasim - this picture is designed by in-house designer of Azercosmos, the satellite operator that manages this satellite. There is no violation since this image is for public-use and is used in many open sources. Moreover, this is the only image of Azersky - the topic of an article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by ZahraGasim (talk • contribs) 12:04, 19 April 2020 (UTC)

There is already a free photo of this person on the wiki, person is still living, oper WP:NFCC it is still possible to get free content Gbawden (talk) 10:06, 16 April 2020 (UTC)
- Keep: for two reasons; 1) the other image shows the subject 70 years or more ago, not how they look now; and 2) only this image illustrates them doing the thing that brought them to public attention. No free image is avaibale that does either, let alone both, of those things. It is also not possible to get a free picture of a vulnerable person during lockdown. - Snow close now that the "free"image referred to above has been deleted on Commons. Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 20:51, 22 April 2020 (UTC)
- Keep per Andy - this is an irreplaceable photo which is significant to the subject of the article for the reasons he notes. Nick-D (talk) 11:32, 18 April 2020 (UTC)
- Note: although the photo copyright owner is given as "Unknown" in the file details, the same photo appears on this i News website and on this Birmingham Live website credited to AP, and on this npr webpage and on this Times of Israel webpage credited to Moore Family via AP. -- DeFacto (talk). 09:03, 23 April 2020 (UTC)

Per the library's license page, the image is not public domain, nor is released under a free license. ~~ Alex Noble/1-2/TRB 19:20, 16 April 2020 (UTC)
- Yes, I have looked over the file's copyright and it seems I made a mistake when uploading it to Commons. I must have read it as being under the "Toronto Star Photograph Archive - Public Domain" instead of the "Toronto Star Photograph Archive License". I will nominate the file for deletion now, my mistake. Jonahrapp (talk) 15:25, 17 April 2020 (UTC)

Orphaned and it is unclear how this image would be used. It has a OTRS ticket, not sure if that changes things. Jordan 1972 (talk) 21:07, 16 April 2020 (UTC)
- Delete, orphaned with no obvious value. Salavat (talk) 06:28, 18 April 2020 (UTC)
