This article is promotion for a non-notable consultant. There is very little to indicate that this person is notable. There is no independent RS coverage of her. To what extent there is coverage, it's from non-RS or press release-style minor stories. Thenightaway (talk) 10:37, 23 December 2023 (UTC)

- Keep Ayad has received significant coverage from reliable sources, including The Art Newspaper and Artnet, which are cited in the article. A quick search also turns up additional articles from Harper's Bazaar[1] and an article Ayad wrote for Vogue.[2] I think this article, particularly Ayad's work as director of Art Dubai, clearly demonstrates notability. --Grnrchst (talk) 10:01, 24 December 2023 (UTC)
- Keep: Sources exist to expand this article. Rublamb (talk) 02:41, 27 December 2023 (UTC)
Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion and clearer consensus.
Relisting comment: To provide an opportunity for the sources presented by Grnrchst to be analysed. I nearly closed this as 'keep' and if there is no further participation in a subsequent 7 days, that close may be on the table as it means Grn's source assertion is unchallenged.

- Merge with Art Dubai. There is significant coverage in three industry specific sources [3][4][5] that cover the subjects' role as director of Art Dubai. However this fails WP:BIO1E as the subject is only notable for this, and WP:SUSTAINED because the subject "otherwise remains, and is likely to remain, a low-profile individual". Therefore there is no need to have a separate article on the subject. SailingInABathTub ~~🛁~~ 14:39, 4 January 2024 (UTC)
- @SailingInABathTub WP:BIO1E objections don't make any sense here - there's no "event". Neither is she a low-profile individual - see the Vogue article linked by Grnrchst. -- asilvering (talk) 01:10, 6 January 2024 (UTC)
- You mean the Vogue article that the subject wrote about themselves, and is therefore not an independent source? The event is - being the director of Art Dubai. SailingInABathTub ~~🛁~~ 12:11, 6 January 2024 (UTC)
- Yes, the article she wrote herself, about herself - that is the definition of "not a low-profile individual". And being something is not an event. -- asilvering (talk) 23:01, 12 January 2024 (UTC)

- Seems difficult not to see the subject's notability. Randy Kryn (talk) 00:30, 14 January 2024 (UTC)
- Keep – A lot of great sources. Clearly meets WP:GNG. Promotional concerns make sense, but is cited relatively ok TLA (talk) 03:34, 14 January 2024 (UTC)
Weak keep some sources are good, and the person meets GNG. 185.104.138.35 (talk) 04:55, 16 January 2024 (UTC)
