This article has a lot of issues which I have tagged and attempted to fix.
Several sections have unsourced cast, crew, plots or other elements. Basic WP:RS and WP:OR material.
Countless common terms were wikilinked, ("single life", "effective" "selfless"), etc. were wikilinked. Per MOS:OVERLINK, we try to avoid linking to common terms. I've removed a large chunk of them and re-phrased some others with seemed a bit vague "reckless behaviour" etc.
A few sources seem questionable. "Eighties Kids", "The Futon Critic" specifically. The first appears to be based spin off of a facebook group, the second appears to be a fan blog/site.
The biggest issue is that there is no signifigant coverage of it as a series that goes into any depth. There are about two films released, and a television series that is " inspired" by the films. There is no connection with the audience on how they relate regardless as this statement is unsourced. While a few articles address a sequel, there is very little unique information about it as a "franchise" or series as a whole. Even the more in-depth articles like Den of Geek's used within the article predominantly just discuss the first film and a bit on the original French film. The rest of the article goes into details on budget, cast, etc. it all appears to suggest discussion on such content, but there little to follow-through with it. So it appears to fail WP:SYNTH.
I've tagged some material in the article that needs clean-up and will give some interested editors time to address it, but on trying to find some material myself, I do not see a lot of discussion on the topic. Andrzejbanas (talk) 07:28, 3 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
