Son los esbirros de la bruja marina Úrsula. Cada uno tiene un ojo brillante (Flotsam el derecho y Jetsam el izquierdo), a los que gracias a ellos, todo lo que ven, Úrsula lo ve reflejado en su caldero.
Ellos convencen a Ariel para que visite a Úrsula. Después impiden que Eric bese a Ariel volcando la barca en la que iban.
Cuando Úrsula se hace con el tridente, planea matar a Eric. Sin embargo, Ariel se abalanza sobre ella y desvía el rayo lanzado por el arma, provocando que impacte contra las morenas, que mueren electrocutadas.
