World Bosses are a feature in Diablo Immortal and Diablo IV.
Diablo Immortal[]
In Diablo Immortal, World Bosses can be encountered via specific circumstances.[1] They are designed so that it will require players from across an entire zone to defeat them.[2]

Diablo IV[]
In Diablo IV, World Bosses are encountered in open-world areas, and consist of multi-stage battles.[3] Each World Boss has its own means; the level is based on the characters level for everyone separately.[4] Up to 12 players can work together to defeat them (not necessarily alone - it can be done solo if you're good enough - I did it, and I have proof)[5]. [6] When a World Boss fight occurs, the camera zooms back, in order to convey the full scale of the monster.[7]
