The Ess of Johan is a Legendary amulet in Diablo III. It requires a minimum character level of 31 to drop.
The unique Legendary power appears to have a 6-8 seconds cooldown (enemies are slowed for 3-5), but it pulls all enemies within 60 yards to the target. This counts as a Knockback, ignoring enemies which are immune, but synergizing well with Strongarm Bracers.
When Followers equip this amulet, their hits trigger the effect, but the player's do not.
