Spectres of the Wastes

The Spectres of the Wastes are a small cadre of Necromancers, each in search of knowledge hidden within the Dry Steppes. They follow Rathma.

Once every three years, the Spectres gather in Ked Bardu to discuss their findings in the Steppes. However, their explorations were curtailed by the growing Cannibal hordes plaguing the Steppes.^[1]
