Mempo of Twilight is a Legendary helm in Diablo III. It requires character level 60 to drop.

The Mempo received a unique Legendary power in Patch 2.7.4, almost 10 years after it was first released with the launch of Diablo III itself. The update shifted it from a general use item to a Wizard-associated one, although it is still wearable by other classes. Its damage bonus to Meteor is intended to synergize well with the Tal Rasha's Elements set, which was updated to be Meteor-focused at the same time.[1] The damage bonus of the legendary power does work with the Meteors triggered by the set, although the Meteor Shower rune effect only applies to Meteors directly cast by the player.

Prior to receiving its unique power, the Mempo of Twilight was considered to have reliably strong stats due to its guaranteed Attack Speed - which does not appear randomly on helms in general - Primary stat, Resistances to all, and socket. Unusually, all four of the Primary Magic Properties are guaranteed rather than chosen randomly, leaving Enchanting the only way to obtain alternative bonuses on the helm.
