Green Arrow (Volume 2) #11 is an issue of the series Green Arrow (Volume 2) with a cover date of December, 1988.

Synopsis for "Here There be Dragons, Part Three"

Shado practices her archery while blindfolded, while Yakuza assassins prepare to attack her. As one of the assassins prepares to take his shot, an injured Oliver Queen, who is recovering from an arrow wound to the chest, smashes a chair over his head. Shado, still blindfolded, manages to fire an arrow into the neck of a second.
Despite Oliver's heroism, his wound has not healed, and he collapses in a fever. In a fever dream, Oliver is haunted by Dinah Lance's words, saying she doesn't want to have children. All the while, distorted images of their passionate lovemaking flash through his mind. In the last image, Dinah has been replaced by Shado.
Oliver wakes up three days later, and explains his presence to Shado, including the final events of their last encounter. Despite the fact that he has been blackmailed by the CIA to find her, Oliver isn't sure of the real reason why he took the mission. Later, Shado reveals her own past, and how she had escaped from the Yakuza with the help of her mentor, who was killed. She admits that she will always be chased by the Yakuza until either she, or every member of the organization is dead.
Days pass, and Oliver and Shado seem to develop feelings for each other, as Shado's gardener looks on. Unfortunately, the gardener is kidnapped, and Oliver and Shado must take up their bows to defeat the Yakuza agents. They kill every one. Meanwhile, Oliver still has to decide whether to give Shado up to the CIA, or help her evade the Yakuza indefinitely.
