Updates to readme.txt files of Bundled Themes for 4.4

For the release of 4.4, we need to:

• bump version numbers of all bundled themes.
• update readme.txt files with changelog info.
• Add version info to Codex pages.

See an example of this done for the 4.3 release.

The other to do is to update the .pot files. Once that's done, I can zip up the new themes for release in the directory on release day.
