Five Pillars of Wikipedia
[edit]My thoughts on the five pillars of Wikipedia are that: 1. Wikipedia is as good as any information resource and its strength lies in its crowd-sourcing policy. 2. Wikipedia helps to bridge the gap between the information haves and information haves-not by providing access to information resources that would have been under lock-and-key. 3. Unlike the myth about Wikipedia, I believe Wikipedia can actually serve all information user categories. However, the level of competencies and information literacies would make a huge difference during the information seeking process. Openworks (talk) 09:41, 10 August 2021 (UTC)
