Rationale
[edit]- Reason: Both keep on uploading identical and topic-related copy-violations. Deleted files are recreated (I can't see the deleted files but google cache evidence clearly points at them (e.g. here)). Moros y Cristianos 18:37, 4 July 2013 (UTC)

Confirmed I can't readily confirm that Radoslav Gacinovic and IPS-u-Beogradu == Operahome1: it's quite possible but they could just be interest and geography related. The connection between Operahome1 and blocked accounts Vladasrbije and CIA-Beograd is strong... not to mention Operahome, so I'll go ahead and block it. --Gmaxwell (talk) 22:07, 5 July 2013 (UTC)
