    3:2 format is good. But now the the subject is centered. We can crop right and bottom; still maintaining 3:2. But then flower will be cut off. It will be nice if you can compose it in that way before shooting. I know it is difficult as the subject will not be there for a long time.      Comment This is clearly a composite image (the top half is a short exposure since the stars do not move, but the bottom half is a long exposure of 30 seconds) and should be noted as such on the description page. Also, 5 megapixels is not much by today's standards but it's fine for QI if the subject is sufficiently interesting and well composed.      Comment I disagree about the fact that is composite image. Stars show little movement even at 10s with an 80 mm equivalent (see here). 30s exposure and 16mm movement must be even less. --C messier 21:25, 17 July 2015 (UTC)
    You're right, it's probably not a composite image. There are actually very short (3 px) star trails in this picture which is correct considering the focal length. Dllu 03:46, 22 July 2015 (UTC)
