Nederlands: Boris Ottokar Dittrich ( Utrecht, 21 juli 1955) is een Nederlandse jurist en oud-politicus. Hij was lid van de Tweede Kamer voor Democraten 66 (D66) van 17 mei 1994 tot 30 november 2006. Zijn vader vluchtte in 1948 uit het destijds communistische Tsjecho-Slowakije. Dittrich is bekend als een politicus die openlijk voor zijn homoseksuele geaardheid uitkomt. Hij heeft sinds 1982 een relatie met de uit Israël afkomstige kunstenaar Jehoshua Rozenman, die onder meer wereldwijd bekend werd door zijn project om elk Hilton hotel ter wereld van een kunstwerk in één van de kamers te voorzien. Rozenman en Dittrich trouwden in 2005.
