Despite not being sharp like a sword, maces will cause cobwebs to break faster and drop string.

What I expected to happen was…
When I try to mine a cobweb with a mace, it will mine very slowly as if I’m using my hand.

What happened instead was…
The cobweb broke very fast and dropped string, as if I’m using a sword.

Steps to reproduce

• Grab a mace out of the creative inventory.
• Place cobwebs in front of the player.
• Switch gamemode to survival.
• Mine the cobweb while holding the mace.
• The cobweb will break very fast and drop string.
