When will my order ship?

In stock orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Pre-order items will ship based on the stated release date.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Most items ship internationally and you will see shipping rates during check out. Please note that deliveries outside of the United States may incur customs fees and delays.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order has not already shipped. If you need to cancel or modify your order please notify us as quickly as possible at shop@blurrmachine.com.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Most media and collectible items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If your product arrives damaged please let us know so we can remedy the situation.

Orders placed for apparel items within the US can be exchanged for a different size within 30 days, so long as the item is returned in new condition. Please contact us to coordinate an exchange.
