Skin To Void To Sin And Droid Skin To Void To Sin And Droid
Another solid release from ANIHILA and a great example of dark space ambient being done properly. Most space ambient floats off to the nether regions of space doing very little but getting lost. Anihila's Ghetto Gods though dives deep into its galactic concept, it's an intense sonic bombardment of audio perfection. At limes it soars like 2001 A Space Odyssey and at times it screams in your face like Cyberpunk 2077. Freakin' EPIC!

  4. Freeze (Original Soundtrack)
    by Duncan Ritchie
    The Obelisk The Obelisk
Bleak but beautiful, and coupled with the dark romance that only Duncan Ritchie (Flowers for Bodysnatchers) can do this soundtrack is sublime. Effortlessly creepy and atmospheric as hell. I love the incorporation of field recordings in this score. Considering it's something of a taboo in scoring films, here he's been let loose to create something magnificent!
