What is the upgrading for, as all I see it does is restart you from the begining.

I'll re-word it and fix it up a bit. Thank you for telling me about the confusion 

It is meant to be a reset but you end up getting a permanent boost to damage. I will also need to add more to do to make it worthwhile for the player

Not sure if intended, but passive heal time stays between upgrades while the cost resets. On later upgrades you can get absolutely nutty passive heal time. I got to below 0.0001s.

Yup thats so the player builds up and can heal faster and just be more powerful.


but it does need tweaked as it is a bit buggy

There is a bug, or a feature, that you can only change bones if the bone is not being healed passively which results in not being able to change bones unless using an auto clicker when you get to very high passive rates... this starts becoming a problem at speeds of less than .5 seconds.

I knew about this bug but got to it by cheating lol... I will look into fixing it for the next update.

i like this! short but pretty fun
fyi, the picture for the proximal phalanx 15 reward turns into a distal phalanx when clicked, and if you close and reopen the rewards tab you can get the money for malleus 250 over and over

Bone Clicker Gameplay

Why does the +2 clicks update increase cost when I buy +5 clicks instead of the +5 clicks update itself? Pretty major issue, if you ask me.

EDIT: The coccyx also updates alongside the hydroid, and wouldn't level up on its own.

As for "crossing streams", I found that the remaining bone health is "shared" Along all of bones. For example, if the first bone's remaining health is, say, 8, the other bones would also have 8 HP left.

Also, going back to a bone that has lower HP than the others would reset progress.

Thank you, I will get to that bug at some point. It doesn't seem as big atm because it is really just a sub optimal strategy for the player.

But I plan on locking off bones unless the player has beaten the current bone. That alone should make it less of an issue too because the player will have to build up healing strength before getting to a high-level bone. and by that point, the player could just one click weak bones.
