Love this story about how 🇦🇺 Aussie grown Zip Co are living out their values to be "Customer First" and as a result driving a 44% increase to their NPS score over the past 12 months, reaching a score of +72. Thanks Sushant (Sonny) Sethi for sharing some of your insights of what helped deliver these results, three key takeaways for me were: 1. Cross functional collaboration: Forrester revealed industry research at the CX Summit in Sydney ealier this year highlighting the vital importance of aligned teams for CX programmes to deliver impactful business results. In Zip Co's case this means alignment across: product marketing, CX, UX, execs, external PR. 2. Proactive intelligence: focusing on the full customer journey, improving the entire process for end users. Through deeply understanding their customers they're able to predict results before products launch, knowing how best to create the right messaging and anticipate the likes/dislikes ahead of time. 3. Decentralised insight: giving people access to data and information across the business from C-Suite to the front frontlines. Clearly you need to give people the right data that's actionable, however when done well this fosters a culture where customer centricity becomes embedded within the organisation, which is a responsibility of every employee!
