The Ral family (ラル家 Raru-ke?) is an Eldian family that live within the Walls. It is the family where Petra Ral of the original Special Operations Squad hailed from.
Story
The Female Titan arc
Petra's father tells Levi about Petra's letter
Petra is introduced as a member of Squad Levi.[1] She later participates in the expedition outside the Walls where she is killed while battling the Female Titan.
While the Survey Corps go back to Karanes District, Petra's father approaches Levi to discuss with him about a letter his daughter sent him. Petra's father speaks of Petra's wish to devote herself to Levi and puts the emphasis on his own worry as a father.[2]
