E-110 Lambda is the eleventh E-100 Series robot to be created by Dr. Eggman.
History[]
Lambda was deployed alongside its brother units Iota and Kappa to the Sand Hill Zone in order to intercept Sally Acorn, Antoine D'Coolette, and Bunnie Rabbot-D'Coolette of the Knothole Freedom Fighters as they attempted to retrieve a Chaos Emerald. (StH: #266)
Lambda was stationed in Efrika and later hunted down by E-102 Gamma. Lambda fled and was pursued for 83 hours before Gamma destroyed it and freed its Mobini battery. (ASUB)
Abilities[]
Lambda is able to produce bombs from its arms resembling those used by Bean the Dynamite.
Background Information[]
- Lambda was never formally introduced in the comics prior to Worlds Collide, but his fate was revealed in the (now defunct) Sonic Universe blogs.
Appearance[]
Like Kappa before it, Lambda is an E-100 series robot whose torso is connected to its means of locomotion by a long gray bar, curved in Lambda's case. Sharing the familiar yellow head plate, white belly, and gray eyes of many of the E-100s, it has peach-colored armor on its torso and several orange ball joints. Its cylindrical arms are red and end in silver claws, and possess holes in its "palms" for the purpose of dispensing bombs to throw at enemies.
