Check here if you're missing an item from the Auction House in NBA Live 19 [ Edited ]

After winning a Buy Now item in the Auction House, you'll need to claim the item so it goes into your Franchise. 

Here’s what you'll need to do.

1. Open LUT in-game.
2. Select My Bids.
3. Change the dropdown beside items you've won from Winning to WON.
4. Claim the item and add it to your Franchise.
