Here's a quick rundown of each board:

Be A Pro and Franchise Mode
This is where you can provide feedback as well as discuss everything related to BAP and FM.

Technical Issues & Bug Reports
If you're having a technical issue, post it here so CMs, Heroes/Champions and other community members can assist. If you think a bug has been found, use the form in the Bug Reports forum to let us know. Please try to include video/screenshots of the issue.

Search for Threads & Answers
If you're thinking of opening a new thread, try doing a quick search to see if a thread already exists on the same issue. This helps keep the boards more organized so the info you're seeking is more easily found. The search field is located at the top of every board like this:
If you want to search in a specific board, just drill down to the one you want to search and enter those details into the search field. The screenshot above is where you can search through all of the NHL 23 boards. If you don't find any other threads pertaining to your issue, go ahead and start a new one.

Creating a New Thread or Discussion
To start a new thread, hit the 'New Topic' button as seen in the lower right of this image, on any board.
Please avoid posting the same thread in different boards. This is considered spam and is against the Answers HQ rules. If you're not sure where to post your new thread, just post it in the board you feel it best applies to and we'll move it if needed.

Finding Your Threads & Keeping Up With New Posts
If you want to find threads and posts you've made or participated in, just click on your username in the top right corner and select 'Profile'.
Your latest posts are saved under 'Recent Activity'. You can click on 'View all' to see all your posts on one page.
Keeping up with threads and new posts
If you'd like to be notified of new replies on a thread you started or there's one you'd like to keep up with, check the box next to 'Subscribe to replies' at the bottom.
If you forget to hit that subscribe button when creating a new thread, or if you just want to be notified of the latest replies on another thread, click the 3 dots in the upper right of a post and click on 'Subscribe' in the dropdown menu.
In the above image, you'll also see the option to bookmark a thread. This will make it easier to find important posts through your profile, but notifications won't be received when there's a new response.

Replying & Quoting
For busier threads, you may want to reply to a certain post. Quoting the user can help make it clearer at to what you're referring to. To quote a post, click on 'Reply' on the post you want to quote as in this example:
(Note: The quote option is not available when using quick reply)
After hitting reply, you'll be taken to a page where you can draft your response and quote that fan. You'll find this option in the upper right above the text box in the image below. Press this and you'll see the quoted text appear in the text box. This text can also be edited to highlight which portion you're referring to in your reply.

Editing Posts & Adding Pictures
Did you spot a typo or remembered some additional information after hitting that submit button? No worries! It happens to the best of us. Thankfully, like any good teammate, the edit feature is there to assist! Changing information after replies isn't too fair to other readers so try to get your edits done before the responses start coming in.
To edit posts, click on the three dots in the upper right of your post and choose Edit Reply as in the image below.
How to add images/pictures to your posts
