I've noticed that you tried to add Stephanie Clark to the List of malacologists, linking to an external link. You can only add her name to this list if there exists already a biographical article about her on wikipedia. You can write such an article yourself (provided it is not about yourself) if you can demonstrate that she is notable (see: Wikipedia:Notability (academics)). Such an article must be written from a neutral point of view (Wikipedia:Neutral point of view) and you must cite your sources (Wikipedia:Citing sources). If such a step is perhaps a bit steep for a beginner, you can always read first how other biographies of malacalogists were written and then act in the same way.
