Chip is a Marth, and former Toon Link, main from Washington State. He was formerly ranked 3rd and 4th on the Washington Power Rankings for Melee and Brawl, respectively, and 1st on the Eastern Washington Power Rankings for both Melee and Project M. Chip has been inactive since fall of 2016. He had taken sets off of Bladewise and Chango.
