Ronald Charles Elstob (born 29 November 1924) is an Australian politician. He is a member of the Labor Party. He served as a Senator for South Australia from 1978 to 1987. He was a waterside worker in Adelaide, South Australia.

Elstob was born in Toowoomba, Queensland. He married Angela Elizabeth Smerla in 1949. The couple had two daughters.[1]
