Ohio County is a county in the U.S. state of Indiana. As of 2020, 5,940 people lived there and has an area of 87.43 sq mi (226.4 km2) which makes it the smallest county in Indiana in both area and population.[1] The county seat and only incorporated municipality is Rising Sun.[2][3] The county was created in 1844.
