Title[]

Should page be titled "Lingering Potion"? (Capital P) it is after all "Splash Potion" –Preceding unsigned comment was added by Cultist O (talkcontribs) at 17:26, 12 August 2015‎ (UTC). Please sign your posts with ~~~~

Yes, I have no idea how to change that though PancakeIdentity (talk) 18:01, 12 August 2015 (UTC)

Let's just merge it with Splash Potion. –Preceding unsigned comment was added by NeutralGuy (talkcontribs) at 21:22, 12 August 2015 (UTC). Please sign your posts with ~~~~

Seeing as splash potion has it's own page, this should also have its own page. PancakeIdentity (talk) 00:58, 13 August 2015 (UTC)

It needs to be merged because it functions in a very similar manner to the Splash potion. Throw it, affects entities within it's range, etc. –Preceding unsigned comment was added by Neutral Guy (talkcontribs) at 20:50, 19 August 2015 (UTC). Please sign your posts with ~~~~

Chart[]

Why was the unfinished chart with the different potions removed? PancakeIdentity (talk) 05:08, 13 August 2015 (UTC)

As the edit summary mentioned, "remove useless section repeating data from Potion in favor of describing the simple calculations to determine the effect." - essentially it is basically a repeat of the Potion page. GoandgooTalk

^ That. I removed the same section from Splash Potion because there it was actively wrong: it pretended the effects were 34 when it seems (as far as I can tell) to have always been decreasing from full-strength for a direct hit to nothing at 4 blocks away. Here the situation isn't as complex, but there's still no point to duplicating the table from Potion here with times divided by 4 or potencies divided by 2 (and then having to keep all the tables up to date whenever something changes) when we can just say that in two sentences and refer to the one table on Potion.
