Paid for spam about a non-notable student activist. Most of the sources are passing mentions at best or regurgitated PR puffery. Being general secretary of an organization doesn't pass the notability test. Praxidicae (talk) 14:39, 17 September 2020 (UTC)

- Delete — I’m in total alignment with the thought process of the nom. A before search doesn’t show subject of our discussion has sufficient in-depth significant coverage in reliable sources independent of him. Celestina007 (talk) 20:41, 17 September 2020 (UTC)
- Comment Another editor created Draft:Saddam Hussain with similar but non-identical content. Hussain Saddam was created as Draft:Hussain Saddam after the last content edit of "Saddam Hussain" draft then moved to mainspace, but the content is different enough that a history merge is inappropriate. I changed the "Saddam Hussain" draft to a redirect to the page under discussion here, and put {{copied}} templates on both talk pages. - Delete Based on the English coverage only, this person is getting coverage similar to what a small-town mayor in the United States would get. I confess I have not tried to read the translations of the non-English sources. For all I know they could say "He's won multiple awards on a national scale" or something like that, but I'm not seeing it in the article text. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 21:14, 17 September 2020 (UTC)
