Yes, I really do go by the nickname of "Spam" in my daily life. I've had it since 1985, well before the word became popularly known as a name for junk email.
Background and Interests
[edit]
I was born in Washington, D.C.; raised in Boulder, Colorado; lived for nearly a decade back in Washington, D.C.; lived for a decade in Baltimore, Maryland; lived for just over a year in Fort Lauderdale, Florida; and as of March 2018, I currently reside in Fort Myers, Florida. I work in commercial radio as an Assistant Program Director, Music Director, Imaging & Production Director, and disc jockey. I hold the unofficial title of "Bacon Bishop of Baltimore" as appointed by the guys who made Bacon Salt and Baconnaise. I spent several years as an announcer and occasional mascot for the Charm_City_Roller_Girls women's flat track roller derby league in Baltimore.
Conflict of Interest Disclosure
[edit]
I am a former employee of the following radio stations: WHFS, WPGC-FM, and WLZL in Washington, D.C.; WWMX, WLIF, WJZ-FM and WJZ (AM) in Baltimore; WSFS in Miami, Florida; and WXNX in Fort Myers. I have taken great care in maintaining a neutral point of view in any edits I have made on those pages.
