@Giorgi Balakhadze: I considered adding that flag when I added the ASSR flag, but I couldn't convince myself that it had been formally adopted by the AR. I can find it being used anywhere on the AR's website. As far as I can tell, it's just a draft proposal for a flag for the AR. That's what this says, at least the English part. I can't speak Georgian, so perhaps you could translate for me what it says next to the flag of page 15? TDL (talk) 17:01, 26 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The header above the flag in question in your PDF says "Project Flag of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia". The English summary on the last page says "this proposal is likely to be acceptable for Georgians, as well as for Abkhazians." So this probably is just a proposed flag that has not been officially adopted yet. SiBr₄ (talk) 18:07, 26 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
