[edit]Thus source seems to cover his family. Interestingly Hiram is not mentioned. FloridaArmy (talk) 17:57, 27 April 2021 (UTC)
- It sure is an interesting biography about what appears to be his brother. Great find!–CaroleHenson (talk) 18:53, 27 April 2021 (UTC)

[edit]His name is commonly known as Hiram S. Gilmore. See WP:COMMONNAME. There's only five instances of: "Hiram Sandford Gilmore" Cincinnati and thousands for "Hiram S. Gilmore" Cincinnati–CaroleHenson (talk) 18:35, 27 April 2021 (UTC)
You may want to take a look at Gilmore High School#Hiram S. Gilmore. It has some of the same information and some additional information... and... it had citations that are already cleaned up (e.g., no stray words in author fields, etc.) And, it correctly disambiguates Unitarian to "Unitarianism" (I am a UU buff).–CaroleHenson (talk) 18:35, 27 April 2021 (UTC)
- This book notes a newspaper he co-edited but I can only see a snippet. FloridaArmy (talk) 11:19, 28 April 2021 (UTC)
- I found this for the Anti-Slavery Bugle [1]. Does this help?–CaroleHenson (talk) 15:47, 28 April 2021 (UTC)

[edit]There is enough information about the person to accept (based on the principle that nineteenth-century people should more often be accepted than twenty-first century people). Robert McClenon (talk) 15:22, 11 July 2021 (UTC)
