The situation is that Dubai Parks and Resorts has given copyright release for some images, but has not confirmed that they are the copyright holder of the buildings in the images. This organization does own those buildings. They have declined to comment on whether they own the copyright.

I just submitted this for review. I know it contains promotional content but it also is a topic which has citations to pass WP:AFD. I worked with the company which drafted it to share some images on Commons, and I think those images are awesome. I would request that this article go to mainspace to be worked more.
