Siemianowo [ɕɛmjaˈnɔvɔ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Łubowo, within Gniezno County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) north-west of Łubowo, 14 km (9 mi) west of Gniezno, and 36 km (22 mi) north-east of the regional capital Poznań.
History
[edit]In early August 1944, officials in this village informed the German authorities about the planned Kraków Uprising.[2]
