MindChamps is an early childhood educator headquartered in Singapore. It is the first early childhood educator to list on the Singapore Exchange (SGX).[1][2][3]

Its pedagogy is based on the research of neuroscientist Allan Snyder from the University of Sydney, which included Snyder's study of the Champion Mindset.[4][5]

Based in Singapore and Leichhardt, an Inner West suburb of Sydney, in New South Wales, Australia,[6][7] it primarily offers infant care and bilingual academic programs, nursery, and kindergarten services.[3]

MindChamps was founded in Australia in 1998 as an educational research centre in Sydney, by Australian David Chiem.[8][9] In 2008, it opened its first preschool in Singapore.[8][10] It subsequently expanded its number of schools through a mix of company-owned, company operated centres, and as well as franchising.[10]

In 2016, it launched its first Chinese preschool in Singapore.[13]

In July 2023, MindChamps won a trademark infringement case in China over a “copycat” school in Xi’an, the capital city of Shaanxi province. [21]

Also in July 2023, MindChamps Allied Care Group committed to donating 20% of its yearly net profits to CaringSG for 5 years. [22]

In 2024, the MindChamps Foundation, the charitable arm of MindChamps, supported the ForwardSG with a total of $400,000 in Scholarships for underprivileged children, including $200,000 for Marine Parade residents in January [23] and a further $200,000 for underprivileged students in the Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC district.
