Kosmos 2411 (Russian: Космос 2411 meaning Cosmos 2411) is one of a set of three Russian military satellites launched in 2004 as part of the GLONASS satellite navigation system. It was launched with Kosmos 2412 and Kosmos 2413. NORAD apparently call this satellite Kosmos 2413, and instead call Kosmos 2413 Kosmos 2411. This satellite is a GLONASS satellite, also known as Uragan, and is numbered Uragan No. 796. It was in the first orbital plane in orbital slot 1. It is no longer part of the GLONASS constellation.
