- La corbeta Chipana fue una nave de la clase Flower modificada de la Marina de Canadá, lanzada al agua en 1944 y bautizada como HMCS Strathroy K 455. En 1946 fue adquirida por el gobierno de Chile. Chile adquirió en 1946 tres corbetas de esta clase al gobierno de Canadá. La Armada las bautizó como corbetas Casma, Chipana y Papudo. (es)
- HMCS Strathroy was a modified Flower-class corvette that served in the Royal Canadian Navy during the Second World War. She fought primarily in the Battle of the Atlantic as a convoy escort. She was named for Strathroy-Caradoc, Ontario. After the war she was sold to the Chilean Navy. (en)
