Fix the year
[edit]{{editprotected}} Please change the year to 1948, which is the date given by the source page, not 1947. -Nard the Bard 16:12, 8 October 2008 (UTC)

[edit]The link doesn't work anymore, the most updated one I think is

{{Edit request}} Please update this license to use {{Library of Congress-no known copyright restrictions}}. Suggested replacement:
{{Library of Congress-no known copyright restrictions

|rights_link=http://www.loc.gov/rr/print/res/274_bain.html
}}<includeonly>[[Category:PD-Bain|{{PAGENAME}}]]</includeonly><noinclude>
{{incat|PD-Bain}}
[[Category:Custom PD license tags related to the United States|Bain]]
</noinclude>

- Jarekt, are you sure about adding Category:No known restrictions license tags to this tag? Normally we don't put those kind of categories on custom license tags that merely invoke a primary tag (see for instance any of the custom CC license tags). —RP88 (talk) 03:03, 18 September 2015 (UTC)
- I do not have a strong opinion but they were categorized Category:No known restrictions license tags and they are not some CC-by-John_Doe custom license, they are for some large collection and someone might look for them there. --Jarekt (talk) 03:09, 18 September 2015 (UTC)
- Yeah, I don't really care either way, so if you want them I'll add them. —RP88 (talk) 03:10, 18 September 2015 (UTC)

Please use HTTPS for the Library of Congress URLs
[edit]{{Edit request}}
Both Library of Congress URLs in the template appear to support HTTPS. In order to provide increased privacy and security for users, please change http://www.loc.gov/pictures/collection/ggbain/
to https://www.loc.gov/pictures/collection/ggbain/
instead and change http://www.loc.gov/rr/print/res/274_bain.html
to https://www.loc.gov/rr/print/res/274_bain.html
instead. Thanks. --Gazebo (talk) 08:19, 16 June 2016 (UTC)
