English: Fleet problem was the term used by the United States Navy to describe each of 21 large-scale naval exercises conducted between 1923 and 1940. They are labeled with roman numerals, from Fleet Problem I through Fleet Problem XXI. A 22nd Fleet Problem exercise, scheduled for 1941, was canceled because of World War II.
Français : Fleet problem est le terme employé par l' United States Navy pour décrire chacun des vingt et un grand exercices navals américains menés entre 1923 et 1940. Ils étaient numérotés avec des chiffres romains, du Fleet Problem I jusqu'au Fleet Problem XXI. Un vingt-deuxième était programmé pour 1941 mais fut annulé suite à l'entrée en guerre des États-Unis.
