Hyrule Compendium Entry
Knight's Bows are Bows that were once favored by the Knights of Hyrule who defended Hyrule Castle.[1] Their metal construction grants them a superior durability, and they are known to be reliable while firing.[1] Commonly, they are used by many Enemies in the Gerudo Desert and Tabantha Frontier.
The following amiibos have a chance to spawn a Treasure Chest containing a Knight's Bow when they are scanned with the amiibo Rune:
- Super Smash Bros. Series Princess Zelda amiibo
- Breath of the Wild Series Link (Archer) amiibo
Being made of metal, Knight's Bows will conduct Electricity and attract Lightning if they are equipped outdoors during a Thunderstorm. In addition, they sink if they are dropped in Water, but they can be picked up and manipulated with the Magnesis Rune. They also do not burn if they are exposed to Fire or a Scorching Climate.
Knight's Bows belong to the Knight's Gear equipment archetype.[2] Many of the Weapons in this grouping were used by the Knights of Hyrule prior to the Great Calamity.
