Flamegleeok
Flamegleeokbattle

A Flame Gleeok is an overworld boss first seen in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

Strategy[]

Once the fight begins, the Gleeok will change the temperature to "unbearably hot." It is recommended that Link has the Desert Voe Set, as well as armor that increases attack power in hot weather. A Flame Gleeok will launch fireballs at Link. If Link hits the three heads with arrows, the Gleeok will fall to the ground and be stunned for a short while. Depending on the height of the fall, the Gleeok may also take fall damage. Link can use his weapons to strike the heads of the Gleeok while it's stunned on the ground until it gets back up in the air, ready to fight again. If the Gleeok has 25% of its energy left, it will soar higher into the sky, releasing a huge fireball that covers a fairly wide radius once hitting the turf. Grass can easily catch fire and generate a jet stream, which would enable Link to use the Glider to catch up with the Gleeok. Link can also find a place to jump off from to activate bullet time and use wings attached to his arrows to easily hit them even from that height.
