The Vow of Tulin, Sage of Wind is a Key Item in Tears of the Kingdom that is used to summon or dismiss the avatar of Tulin.

It is obtained after completing the Tulin of Rito Village quest line.

Link may exchange four Sage's Wills at any Goddess Statue to upgrade the Vow into a Solemn Vow of Tulin, which grants the avatar increased attack power when assisting in battle.

The avatar of Tulin cannot be summoned in Beneath Hyrule Castle, Towns, and Stables.
