Mushroom Spores are a recurring item in The Legend of Zelda series.[1]

Skyward Sword[]
Link can obtain Mushroom Spores by scooping them up in a Bottle after slicing any mushroom found in Faron Woods, Deep Woods, Skyview Temple, and on certain islands in The Sky. Link receives a Bottle with Mushroom Spores from Parrow so he can give them to Orielle, who is missing after her Loftwing gets injured.[2]

Hyrule Warriors Legends[]
In Hyrule Warriors Legends, Mushroom Spores appear as Weird-type Food. They are imbued with the Lightning Element. When consumed by a Companion Fairy in the Dining Room of the My Fairy mode, Mushroom Spores can increase the Fairy's Trust level and personality traits.
