Summary: A problem of linear-quadratic optimization of large-scale systems with delay in state coordinates in the presence of parametric disturbances is considered. The purpose of synthesis consists in realization of a control law that guarantees robust stability and robust quality. The procedure of synthesis of a robust regulator is reduced to the solution of an interval matrix equation with block diagonal structure on the basis of the dynamic programming method and the Lyapunov-Bellman interval function.
