The article examines the integrability of the equations of motion of a rigid body with a fluid-filled ellipsoidal cavity, that executes homogeneous vortex motion. It is shown that, even in the case of inertial motion, the system in question does not have an additional analytic integral in the general case. The case of axial symmetry and of a homogeneous gravitational field is treated separately.
