On statistically convergent double sequences in intuitionistic fuzzy 2-normed spaces. (English) Zbl 1228.40010
Summary: Quite recently, the concept of intuitionistic fuzzy 2-normed spaces was introduced by M. Mursaleen and Q. M. D. Lohani [Chaos Solitons Fractals 42, No. 1, 224–234 (2009; Zbl 1200.46011)]. Also, M. Mursaleen and S. A. Mohiuddine [Chaos Solitons Fractals 41, No. 5, 2414–2421 (2009; Zbl 1198.40007)] studied the notion of statistical convergence of double sequences in intuitionistic fuzzy normed spaces. In this paper, we study the concept of statistically convergent and statistically Cauchy double sequences in intuitionistic fuzzy 2-normed spaces.
