Decentralized robust control using \({\mathcal H}^\infty\)-optimization technique. (English) Zbl 0684.93002

A decentralized controller is developed to stabilize interconnected unstable systems. Stabilizing controllers for each subsystem are parameterized and the concept of quasi-block diagonal dominance is used to derive a sufficient condition for the decentralized controller to stabilize the interconnected system.
